Aperta Member Adjustment

Aperta memberships are $19, $29, or $39 per month for individual, couple, and family memberships respectively.

Non-member Adjustment

Anyone can receive an adjustment at Balanced Health.

Recommended for individuals who are only going to be getting adjusted once every few months, the membership would be more financially beneficial if you attend more than that.

Muscle and Joint Rehabilitation Session

Work with our Exercise Physiologist to improve the function of your muscles, though rehabilitative exercise sessions. These can be booked on Friday's and are 1 hour sessions at Empire Strength and Fitness.

5 Minute Muscle Release

A Popular service using our clinical grade massage gun to work out knots and sore muscles pre or post chiropractic adjustment, or as a stand-alone service.

Stretch Sessions

$50

Full body assisted stretch sessions with our Exercise Physiologist. 30 minute sessions for $50.

Personal Training

$60-65/session

Personal training takes place right here in the facility on the Empire Strength and Fitness side of the building.
